Lyon-Coffey Electric Cooperative, Inc. was formed in 1989 when adjoining coops of Coffey County and Lyon County merged.
Our power comes from a mix of generation. 40% from coal, 30% nuclear, 23% hydro, 4% gas/oil, 3% other.
